About This Platform

JackStudio OS ("the Platform") is an internal business operations and analytics system used to manage advertising campaigns, sales, and reporting on behalf of the businesses that use it. This policy explains how the Platform collects, uses, and protects data obtained through Meta's APIs (including the Meta Marketing API / Facebook Ads API).

Data We Collect

Via Meta's OAuth authorization flow, the Platform collects:

  • Basic account and ad account identifiers (e.g. ad account ID, business ID, page ID)
  • Campaign, ad set, and ad-level configuration data
  • Ads insights and performance metrics (e.g. impressions, clicks, spend, reach, conversions)
  • Access tokens required to call the Meta Marketing API on the authorized account's behalf

We do not collect personal data about individuals targeted or reached by advertising campaigns.

How We Use This Data

Data obtained via the Meta API is used only to:

  • Display campaign and ads performance within the Platform's internal dashboard
  • Generate analytics and reporting for the connected business
  • Support internal decision-making and campaign management workflows

This data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of operating the connected business's own campaigns.

Data Storage

All data is stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database operated by JackStudio OS. Access tokens are stored securely so the Platform can maintain the Meta API connection between sessions, and are not shared outside the Platform. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to support the connected business's operations, and is deleted when a connection is removed or upon a valid deletion request.

No Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share data obtained through the Meta API with any third party. Data is used exclusively for internal analytics and operations of the connected business.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Meta-derived data at any time by disconnecting your account from Settings within the Platform, or by emailing sales.jackstudio@gmail.com with your request. We will remove the associated tokens, account identifiers, and synced campaign and insights data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.
