About This System

JackStudio OS ("JackStudio", "we", "our") is Jack Studio's internal, centralized business management system. It is used exclusively by authorized Jack Studio personnel to monitor and manage the company's e-commerce operations, sales performance across outlets, marketing campaigns, and business strategy — across connected channels such as TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — and to surface operational insights that support day-to-day decision-making. JackStudio OS is an internal operational tool for Jack Studio only; it is not offered to the public, and there is no external customer account, self-service sign-up, or subscription of any kind.

Who Can Access This System

Access to JackStudio OS is restricted to authorized Jack Studio personnel. Each account is provisioned internally by JackStudio administrators and assigned a role (e.g. admin, supervisor, outlet staff) that determines what data and features that person can see. JackStudio OS does not offer public registration or external customer accounts.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, role, and outlet assignment, along with a securely hashed password, provisioned for each authorized team member.
• Business data entered by the team — sales reports, product information, customer feedback logged by staff, execution tasks, and strategy notes entered by the internal team as part of day-to-day operations.
• Connected platform data — data obtained via JackStudio's own authorized OAuth connections to third-party platforms (see below).
• Usage data — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps, collected automatically for security and troubleshooting purposes.

TikTok OAuth Usage

JackStudio OS uses TikTok Shop's OAuth authorization flow to connect Jack Studio's own TikTok Shop account. Once an authorized team member completes the connection, TikTok issues an access token and refresh token scoped to that shop, which JackStudio OS uses to call the TikTok Shop API on the company's behalf. Separately, the internal marketing team may connect Jack Studio's TikTok creator account via the TikTok Content API OAuth flow to enable internal content analytics.

Via the TikTok Shop OAuth connection, JackStudio OS collects:

• TikTok open ID and shop identifiers (shop ID, shop name, shop cipher, region)
• Order data (e.g. order status, line items, quantities, amounts)
• Product data (e.g. SKUs, titles, pricing, inventory)
• Access and refresh tokens required to call the TikTok Shop API

Via the TikTok Content API OAuth connection, JackStudio OS collects:

• TikTok basic profile information (e.g. display name, avatar, open ID)
• Video and content metadata (e.g. title, description, cover image, publish time)
• Engagement data, where available via the API (e.g. likes, comments, views)

Other Connected Platforms

JackStudio OS similarly connects to Jack Studio's own Lazada, Shopee, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Business Profile accounts, via each platform's official API and authorization flow, collecting only the data necessary to internally monitor and manage that channel:

• Lazada & Shopee — shop identifiers, order, and product data, via each platform's official Open Platform APIs.
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — Page/Instagram account identifiers and marketing/content insights, via the Meta Marketing and Graph APIs, used for internal campaign planning and performance tracking.
• Google Business Profile — outlet location and review data, via the Google Business Profile API.

Purpose of Data Use

Data obtained via connected platforms and entered by the internal team is used only to:

• Monitor and manage day-to-day order, product, and inventory operations
• Track sales performance across outlets and sales channels
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns
• Produce sales, product, and content analytics that support business strategy and decision-making
• Support internal operational workflows (e.g. inventory, fulfillment, reporting, task execution)
• Maintain account security

This data is used solely for Jack Studio's internal business operations. It is not sold, licensed, or made available to any external party, and JackStudio OS is not offered as a service to any business other than Jack Studio.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

JackStudio OS uses a single, essential, first-party session cookie to keep authorized users signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in JackStudio's production database, hosted on managed PostgreSQL infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored so JackStudio OS can keep platform connections active between sessions; they are not shared outside the system. Access to production data is restricted to authorized Jack Studio personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Data Retention & Deletion Requests

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to support Jack Studio's operations, and is deleted when a connection is removed or upon a valid deletion request. Authorized team members may request removal of connected-platform data at any time by disconnecting the relevant integration from Settings within JackStudio OS, or by emailing sales.jackstudio@gmail.com with the request. We will remove the associated tokens, identifiers, and synced data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

No Sale of Data

We do not sell or share personal or platform data with any third party, and do not use it for external advertising or marketing purposes.

Children's Privacy

JackStudio OS is an internal business tool intended solely for use by authorized adult Jack Studio personnel. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, children under 16.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
