About This System
JackStudio OS ("JackStudio", "we", "our") is Jack Studio's internal, centralized business management system. It is used by authorized Jack Studio personnel to monitor and manage the company's e-commerce operations, sales performance across outlets, marketing campaigns, and business strategy. JackStudio OS is an internal operational tool for Jack Studio only — it is not offered to the public, and there is no public registration, external customer account, or subscription of any kind.
Authorized Access
Access to JackStudio OS is limited to individuals authorized by Jack Studio management. Accounts are provisioned internally by JackStudio administrators; there is no public sign-up. Each user is responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for all activity that occurs under their account, and agrees to use the system only within the scope of their assigned role.
Connected Platform & API Usage & Compliance
JackStudio OS connects to TikTok Shop, the TikTok Content API, Lazada, Shopee, Meta, and Google Business Profile via each platform's official OAuth authorization flow, using Jack Studio's own connected accounts. Use of these APIs is limited to the purposes disclosed in our Privacy Policy: monitoring and managing Jack Studio's order and product operations, sales performance, and marketing campaigns. Users of this system agree to use each platform's APIs, and any data obtained through them, in compliance with that platform's developer terms and applicable policies — including TikTok's Developer Terms of Service, TikTok Shop Partner policies, and all applicable TikTok Open Platform requirements.
No Abuse, Scraping, or Resale of Data
Data obtained via connected platform APIs may not be scraped, harvested, or collected outside of each platform's authorized API and OAuth flows. Users may not sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise redistribute data obtained through this system to any third party, and may not use the system to circumvent a platform's rate limits, access controls, or usage policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use JackStudio OS to:
- Violate any applicable law or the policies of a connected platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the system
- Upload malicious code or attempt to reverse-engineer the system
User Responsibilities
Users of JackStudio OS are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Using the system only to manage Jack Studio's own connected accounts and shops
- Ensuring their use of the system complies with each connected platform's policies and applicable law
- Promptly notifying JackStudio administrators if their authorization to manage a connected account or shop changes
Intellectual Property
JackStudio OS and its underlying software, design, and branding are the property of Jack Studio. Business data entered or connected by the internal team remains Jack Studio's property; JackStudio OS processes it solely to provide its internal operational functionality to the company.
System Changes & Availability
This internal system may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Termination
We may suspend or revoke a user's access to JackStudio OS if these terms are violated, if required to comply with a connected platform's policies, or upon that person's departure from Jack Studio. Users may request removal of their own account data at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
This system is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. JackStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the system or from interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the third-party APIs it depends on.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the system after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
