About the Platform
JackStudio is a TikTok Shop operations system that manages TikTok Shop orders, products, and analytics across businesses. Access is limited to registered accounts.
TikTok API Usage & Compliance
JackStudio connects to TikTok Shop and the TikTok Content API via TikTok's official OAuth authorization flow. Use of these APIs is limited to the purposes disclosed in our Privacy Policy: operating TikTok Shop order and product management, and producing analytics for the connected business. Users of this platform agree to use TikTok's APIs, and any data obtained through them, in compliance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service, TikTok Shop Partner policies, and all applicable TikTok Open Platform requirements.
No Abuse, Scraping, or Resale of Data
Data obtained via TikTok's APIs may not be scraped, harvested, or collected outside of TikTok's authorized API and OAuth flows. Users may not sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise redistribute TikTok data obtained through this platform to any third party, and may not use the platform to circumvent TikTok's rate limits, access controls, or usage policies.
User Responsibilities
Users of this platform are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Only connecting TikTok Shop or TikTok accounts they are authorized to manage
- Ensuring their use of the platform complies with TikTok's policies and applicable law
- Promptly disconnecting a TikTok account or shop if they no longer have authorization to manage it
Platform Changes
This platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Limitation of Liability
This platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. JackStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the TikTok APIs it depends on.
